Jiu Jitsu for ages 4-12yrs - divided by age, size, or skill level.
Through task-based games and live rolling, children learn how to stay calm under pressure and push through adversity, all while developing physical coordination, strength, and problem-solving skills. At Steeple City Jiu Jitsu, our kid’s classes are welcoming, encouraging, and designed to help young students progress at their own pace in a supportive yet playful environment.
Led by experienced instructors Jon Manley and Tim Stys, these sessions emphasize movements, skill development, and martial skill in a way that’s both fun and empowering. Whether your child is looking to build self-esteem, stay active, or compete at an international sport, Jiu Jitsu could be the right vessel for their progress.
Kickboxing ages 8-12yrs
Our students will gain technical striking skills with drills, pad work, and striking games to cultivate a safe and fun Kickboxing experience. Students will learn to be nimble and agile with footwork, parrying and distance management.
