  • KIckboxing

    Kickboxing is a full contact martial art and sport that incorporates the quick, effective punching of boxing with kicks to help you develop into a well-rounded striker. An added benefit to this striking art is a fantastic whole-body workout that helps build strength, endurance and flexibility. Through drills and sparring you will learn how to evade, strike, and control any engagement with distance management and fine tuned techniques.

  • Jiujitsu

    Jiu Jitsu is a full contact martial art and sport that builds confidence, athleticism, and ones’ ability to defend themselves. You will learn techniques that involve takedowns, chokes, joint locks, limb manipulations, escapes, and absolute control over your opponent. Through live sparring (aka rolling), you will gain experience to execute learned skills against resistant training partners in a controlled and safe environment.
